Aaron is an author, speaker, consultant and spiritual advisor. He has more than 25 years of consulting with
various business owners, entrepreneurs, international and national speakers. His humorous, intuitive nature
helps him connect with and inspire his clients.

Aaron is also trained as a "7M Coach"TM that helps empower people in the seven areas that form every
culture: (1) business (2) government (3) media (4) family (5) spirituality (6) education and (7) entertainment.

By sharing a passion and belief that each person can discover their unique gifts and life purpose and work towards
developing those gifts; using them in the world to have a sense of happiness, and satisfaction, Jill-Marie and Aaron Evans
Co-founded Generation T, LLC with a purpose of empowering significant and lasting change—transformation.

Jill-Marie is a speaker, consultant and certified professional coach (CPC) in the Core Energy Process
and a certified Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) of the Energy Leadership Index Process through the Institute
for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Both programs are designed for rapid breakthrough and
empowerment for the individual and the business leader.

After spending more than thirty years in the corporate world with experience in project and process management for
a variety of industries as well as consulting for a number of small business owners and entrepreneurs, Jill-Marie left
"Corporate America" on her own journey of self-discovery. A year later, she met her husband, who had lost
his wife to cancer shortly after his son was born. Jill-Marie quickly became a new mom to a young boy who had been
diagnosed with high-functioning autism and full-time business partner to her husband. She and her husband have an
amazing story of triumph over what would appear to be debilitating circumstances—victory that includes their son
no longer being on the autism spectrum.

International Coaching Federation.
